Usage

Templates are rendered by Django views and follow Django template conventions:

# In views.py
from django.shortcuts import render

def home_view(request):
    return render(request, 'index.html', context)

def content_view(request):
    return render(request, 'parodynews/content_detail.html', context)
<!-- Template inheritance -->
{% extends 'base.html' %}
{% load static %}

{% block content %}
<!-- Page-specific content -->
{% endblock %}

Template features: - Django template inheritance with base.html - Integration with Django Allauth for authentication - Multi-factor authentication support - Social media login integration - Responsive design components - Static file integration

Container Configuration

Templates are served through Django's template system: - Located in Django's TEMPLATES setting configuration - Processed by Django template engine during request handling - Static assets referenced via {% static %} template tags - Automatically reloaded in development mode

  • Incoming: Rendered by Django views in response to HTTP requests
  • Outgoing: Generates HTML responses sent to web browsers, includes static assets
