Bug Found and Fixed

Issue: pip Detection Logic Error

Severity: High Impact: Blocked setup on macOS systems

Problem: Original logic used OR condition, which failed when only pip3 was available:

# ❌ WRONG - Fails if only pip3 exists
if ! command_exists pip || ! command_exists pip3; then

Solution: Changed to AND condition to check if BOTH are missing:

# ✅ CORRECT - Only fails if both are missing
if ! command_exists pip3 && ! command_exists pip; then
    missing_deps+=("pip")
    log_error "pip not found"
else
    if command_exists pip3; then
        log_success "pip3 installed"
    else
        log_success "pip installed"
