Graph View
A live, force-directed map of this vault — every doc, post, note, and page becomes a node, and every [[wiki-link]] between them becomes an edge. It is the rendered-site equivalent of Obsidian’s graph view, built at Jekyll build time by the bridge’s wikilink parser (the same one described in the
syntax reference) and drawn client-side
with cytoscape. Dangling links appear as dashed red nodes: fix the link, not the graph.
How it’s built
| Piece | File |
|---|---|
| Build-time index (nodes + outgoing edges) | assets/data/wiki-index.json, generated by pages/_plugins/obsidian_graph_index.rb from the same fence-masked wikilink parser the bridge uses |
| Renderer | assets/js/obsidian-graph.js (jekyll-theme-zer0 gem) |
| Layout engine | cytoscape.js (vendored in the theme gem under assets/vendor/, loaded only on this page) |
Outgoing edges come from the same [[…]] syntax the bridge resolves —
unresolved targets show up as dashed red nodes so you can find dangling
links at a glance. The graph is regenerated every Jekyll build; nothing
runs client-side except cytoscape’s force layout.
